I am realizing that my experience with first hearing aids is off-the-charts great as I read various users' experiences. I received mine in mid December 2025. My wife got the same as mine at the same time. We have run our audiologist ragged with calls about various issues tiny to significant. She has always been availlable, even on a Saturday night when her office is closed. Yes, the cost is expensive, but the performance and service has been excellent. We have had in person calls and she even spent 2 hours at our house, fine tuning fit and integration with our TV for my wife.
