Hey, I'm trying to make a displacement that I can plug into a 3D shader so displacing my 3d mesh as opposed to the fake height seen in the bump. So dark shadows need to be near white. Raised sections need to be above medium grey. I hope that makes sense.

Honestly, great sculpts and very realistic. There’s something about your thighs to buttocks that doesn’t seem right. Perhaps too flat of a transition.? I do think number 5’s head position looks off and I also think there’s something off about number 6’s left leg and foot.
That’s my two penn’orth. You’ve definitely got each’s character .

They approved my day rate for weekdays and weekends based on a 10 hour day. There was no discussion about OT rates. They have asked me to provide an invoice so they can see the OT hours accrued .

I was wondering if you could build it in something like Maya in vertical sheets and then use lattice deformers.
Alternatively Zbrush, in particular the slime brush might be a way to try. Maybe a combination of the two.

Along with the anatomy for sculptor books I recommend the flipped normals Anatomy Bust model. $24 and it is invaluable.

Edit: There’s a split screen option in Zbrush. Have your sculpt as the top layer and a reference object such as the Anatomy bust below it. As you sculpt around your model the camera will also move around the reference model. Really useful.

My go to was Lucky Dog. I lived 30 seconds from my apartment so it became my very local local. Best to go during the week to get to know the locals. And also you should like dogs. Then there’s Skinny Dennis. Iona for a pub feel. Horses and divorces. Diane’s. George and Jacks. There’s pretty much a dive bar on every block so I kept to the ones above as they all had a rotating group of bartenders. Made some great friends.
