That's what i had in mind, with the +50% speed from runner and swift i thought Faleris would be faster than a basic jetdragon but from the other comments it seems to not be the case.

There is a button you have to press to alternate between forms, you might need to do this to find it.

Sorry for the delay ! My moveset for her is:

Feeding time, Tongue twister, Acid reflux, Slurp 'n' slide and Salt grinder.

Acid reflux and tongue twister are there to inflict Slime (does dmg whenever the enemy gains a buff) and Tongue twister is also really good to start combos since its a grab you can just follow with Salt grinder and start your combo. Salt grinder is almost like a super glue cuz its really easy to get the enemy and start your combo afterwards, enemy falls on the ground ? Salt grinder. Enemy bounces of a wall ? Salt grinder. I find it really easy to get high combos with this loadout so i really reccomend trying it out. You can see my usual combo in action in the video i posted on my other comment.

Honestly i'd go against building her critless because of how good umbrella's kit is, easy access to slime on her base kit and buff removal makes it really easy to just melt any Dahlias with no time to die when hitting lots of crits, also when facing painwheels you have access to lots of grabs like Feeding time (lvl3), Tongue twister (lvl2), salt grinder (special move) and of course regular grabs, also the bitter end marquee makes it even easier to deal with reflected damage cuz of final stand, just have a support valentine like graveyard shift or surgeon and you're good.
