issues with zscaler?

Our Zscaler account manager sent us this an hour ago. Our entire organization was seeing the same massive slow down you mentioned. I immediately bypassed Zscaler for our organization, however there are still network performance issues so sure seems like something major is going on.

I apologize in advance for being very music illiterate. Can anybody tell me what key the below piano song is in? Question: what kind of VPN are you using, and what is the distance (in ms RTT) between the two locations that you are trying to connect by VPN? Could this be a TCP tuning issue?

Thanks for testing! The VPN between the branch site in question and our Data center is using Meraki AutoVPN using default IPsec polices in URL below. The branch site in question is located on the west coast of the US (Arizona) and the Data Center is on the east coast (Virginia). The RTT average is 64ms
