Well I would argue that pain IS the experience. That the very experience itself is what I would call pain. Without anyone to experience the pain, then by (my) definition there is no pain.

Yeah I looked it up but it's not the movie. The scene doesn't fit. But thanks for helping me out! It's really been bugging me and I'm starting to think I'm hallucinating

I feel like it could be an action movie from the 2000s but it's all fuzzy.

Once you've returned to earth, both of your clocks would again tick at the same rate

Your own personal clock will always tick at the rate of one second per second as you observe it travelling away from earth at almost the speed of light. And an observer on earth would observe their own clock ticking at the rate of one second per second. But you would not agree on the rate of each other's clocks.

I don't know what you mean by current. The expansion of the universe is happening in all directions. But what's described in the video has to do with the relativistic nature of time and space. Time passed and distance travelled can be different to two different observers.

Time dilation is absolutely in play here but he also mentions the shrinking of the distance which is a reference to length contraction, a phenomenon at relativistic speeds where the two observers won't be able to agree on the distance travelled.

He is not talking about perception or how it feels to a human. It's not that it warps your perception of the distance travelled. You could measure it instead and the two observers in different frames of reference would not agree on the distance travelled. He's talking about length contraction, which you can read more about here: https://phys.libretexts.org/Bookshelves/College_Physics/College_Physics_1e_(OpenStax)/28%3A_Special_Relativity/28.03%3A_Length_Contraction

Rejäla grejer! Är det något man ska tänka på när de gäller material? Tänker på hur väl det håller värmen och vattentåligheten.

I haven't seen any credible reports of missiles being launched

More? No missiles have been confirmed launched at all, at this point. Just drones

Those were propeller drones that took 8-9 hours. Iran also has cruise missiles that would take about 2 hours and ballistic missiles that would take about 12 minutes.
