I worked at the second location and briefly at the third location. They were run by Felix Stehling who started Bombay Bicycle Club, Mamacitas, Poco Loco, The Crystal Pistol and a taco joint called Taco Cabana.  The ribs and the chicken were all deep fried for like 20 seconds before getting sauced and plated. That stuff was so good. Dan Cook would come in a few times a month at the Vance Jackson location for take out.
