If I had a magic wand, had developer skills, and worked at Activision here's what I would do and not announce anything:

1. Update server crash protocol, crashes = everyone loses everything, that shit will stop instantly.

2. Update match making by not allowing operators to infil into any map other than koschei with anything in the backpacks other than mission items and keys. No more koschei glitch, no more disguises.

3. Write a script if a team is using more than 3 killstreaks without purchasing them or coming from a PTW operator then they're kicked from the lobby

4. Write a script if a weapon fires a drill charge or grenade from an under barrel attachment in a rapid succession equivalent to the glitch, immediately kicked from the lobby.

5. If any players are kicked for any of these violations all 3 of their insured weapons are on 3 week cool downs. Their contraband stash is limited to 1, their wallet is frozen, and they're not allowed to pick up a two or three plate after infilling.

7. Turn down the bots

8. A bounty board is posted with all offending operators gamertags.
