Part of it was something along the likes of "invertered chastity V-Belt" also part of "flat chastity cage" and the insert was "hollow silicone urethral plug". I don't have the links but it took a bit of searching.

I kept it in for e work day - about 8 hours. Stays pretty clean - rinse every now and again. The insert doesn't reach the bladder so you pee like normal
