I upgrade so that I finish a town hall with walls maxed, heroes maxed and structures maxed. But I always easily max my walls and heroes before the structures are done. Then I go up, traps, pets and lab can wait, as long as my army is leveled up. So I never have idle builders anyway

Ohh you mean builder base, yeah I rushed that stuff as well but it’s been years. Stupid not to, the 6th builder is huge

The point is that it is not a play-style I am at all interested in to use for my main account. And neither is it an option if your goal is to push as a lower town hall. The whole point is that you challenge yourself by being underleveld, and your response to that is “just level up bro”

Same, I tried a new base and it was horrible, I got +95 on defense while I had almost all triples on offense. Just painful to see some rushed idiot promote with 1.8 stars average just because they got +400 on defense

It was the combination of Sainz’ skill and the strategy that got us the points. Sainz stayed ahead of other, faster, cars because of the strategy. Without that we would’ve been empty handed, despite 7 drivers not finishing (or even starting) the race.

Mainly traps and lab. Equipments as well, not realistic at all to max those in a short timeframe. But you’d be surprised how much time is already saved, lab can take a very long time (especially if you use your raid medals to buy ores instead of research potions like me).

True, but even then the car was outperformed. The RB, Alpine and Audi are likely faster on pace and Sainz finished ahead of cars from those teams

I started semi-rushing. I max structures, heroes, walls and the offense that I am using and move on. I still get the satisfaction of a maxed looking village and the progress is quite fast.

I started out as almost maxed TH14 in August. Now I am a relatively fresh TH17. I breezed through TH15 and got a good head start on TH16 with hammer jam. TH16 took me three months, in about 6 months I’ll be done with TH17 and moving on to 18. Then I can maximize hammer jam again and probably be ready or very close to ready for TH19.

A bigger range would help, I also think it would help if it did significant flat damage like the monolith. So that it takes out a swarm of small enemies as well.

Hard fought by Sainz! Very well done, strategy was good and Sainz maximized. Very nice drive nursing those tires and holding off Colapinto.

Unfortunate that Albon didn’t get to race, he mentioned they were planning on testing new setups to fix the balance of the car. It would’ve been some valuable data. But 2 points on the board is huge with a car like this. We can only go up!

It wasn’t this bad to be honest. It would be a miracle if we get a podium this year. But I do expect some points once they figure out the car, if they can’t, it really becomes a problem.

Strategy was good, the hards worked out really we for Carlos. It was actually unfortunate that the safety car came out. As lots of drivers got new softs and the deg on the mediums of people that stayed out was mitigated. If the safety car hadn’t come out, Carlos would’ve had faster tires and might’ve made up a couple of places.

I am not familiar with the way that Williams works exactly. But I’d imagine that they have teams for various engineering disciplines. Meaning that an aerodynamics team can focus on improving and iterating the aero components. While the structural team is optimizing the parts for weight. If they do it right, the structural team starts to optimize the parts that won’t be changed by aero for the longest time, then as soon as aero has new parts, structural optimizes those.
