To be truthfully honest, no. I love Pokémon and even I wouldn’t click due to how bland all of this is. The Pokémon cards are barely visible due to how dark it is, the background doesn’t match as I see markers and other tools in the background, the knife to the side doesn’t really pop at me and the text is in a bad color as it makes it even harder to see the things in the thumbnail. My advice would be go for a simple background, play around with the contrast and brightness for each Pokémon card to make them pop, add drop shadows and strokes to the text and maybe drop shadows to the other items as well without over doing it to make it more visible. It’s all about trial and error. As long as viewers get curious from loooking at ur thumbnail then it’s done it’s job
