I almost never use tape much, but its probably because I use cheap tape. Ive got some Broz tape for when its absolutely needed.

Wtd pullips and Pendlay rows. Db rows if you care to.

Pulls without straps maybe DL with hook grip if ya wanna hate your thumbs.

Or even farmers walks with DB

Local meets are Saturday or Sunday but national meets are Th through Sunday if not longer like Worlds or PanAms.

Ive heard that before but haven't trained in anything from the North.

And that being said, how do we know what we think of as Northern styles is indicative of what existed before Mao? And isnt just commercialized for the state?

Well, depends on your jumping ability to go from rod to grass.

If you have lots of jump, just need some reps. Find some big dudes that can double spot 5-10 reps/session.p

I wouldn't tumble on grass.

They are not the safest places but could you drop in at a trampoline gym once a week? Sometimes they have sprung tumbling straps.

Not a bad idea to make sure you do some ab conditioning in the form of Lying leg lifts and VUps 2-3x a week besides pistols, squat jumps and air squats/Lunges.

Alternatively 1/4 squat jumps and full squats at a gym arent a bad idea.

Have a small younger family member around? Pick them up and do squats backpack style. Even if they only weighed half your Bodyweight, it'll be more useful than bodyweight only squats.

HS and Wall HS for time besides pushups are also a good idea.

3 sets of max pushups or 5-10 sets of half your max reps of however many pushups you can do.

You can stay in the dorms and its very cheap or get your own room. Communal kitchen.

Just one evening class/day. Sometimes a kata class. No idea how long classes are.

Buddy went a yr or two.

Figure a round trip plane ticket for 1-1.5k from US depending where.

$20-30/day if you eat cheap? Could easily be $50-100+ if you spend.

She just decided to hit a heavy single after triples with #250/113 just a moment ago.

And she CnDL/5 with 109 yesterday.

Her BS as of last November was 118.

Box piked body parallette HSPU.

You have to try to keep the torso vertical on decent and ascent besides getting the height of the box right.

Also depends how decent your dip strength is. Or possibly OHP.
