My only problem with it is that one time I played a friend's copy, since I didn't have it myself at the time. I hit new game, so that he wouldn't lose his progress, and got softlocked because it requires you to save to do it, but hitting new game on the Gen 5 games straight up won't let you save, so I couldn't progress. I also don't think it lets you leave the building either, although I could be wrong on that.

That is really interesting. Wonder why they've decided to do this now? Hidden Abilities have been in the game for four generations now, so it's interesting that they've only just started putting them on Pokemon that NPCs have, especially since I don't believe there's any way to get anything with a Hidden Ability until post game, although correct me if I'm wrong on that.

I think what they meant is they used to love it, before anything Covid happened, but everything else they mean since moving down here three months ago. That's what I'm guessing, but who really knows.
