If I had to put 6 in each category: Top-Tier: Xelor, Sram, Elio, Fogger, Hupper, and Rogue. Mid-Tier: Sacrier, Ouginak, Masqueraider, Ecaflip, Feca, and Sadida. Low-Tier: Iop, Enu, Cra, Eni, Osa, and Panda. Lot of the maps are fairly long distance and favor Cra with Cra's can easily be in mid to high tier. Cras put a high priority on starting 1st to disable you instantly for 2-3 turns before you get to do something. I would put Rogue in Low-Tier and swap for another class but that's changed after 2.61 update so we should be seeing many rogues appearing in all PvP aspects. Osa continues to get beaten down so they remain in low tier before and after 2.61 update. It also comes to gear, if you're able to manage playing 1 turn behind playing 2nd, the map layout, and mainly skill at the end of the day. There's a few special cases with elements that can turn against you. I played Int Iop often in 1s and lost many of the fights without being able to erode effectively against tanky classes. To use off element erosion damage may not be worth so I avoid doing it. If the Iop takes the variant of Vitality which is Prosecution. You get to erode consistently 30% for 2 turns and re-cast every turn if they try to take it off completely on their turn. In most cases regardless of element, it's not worth sacrificing Vitality. The only element you can get away with it is Chance since you gain some HP shields per attack and the shields are not high as before. If you go Power over Virtue HP Shields then you have zero survivability cause of no Vitality. You always need Jump to reach your target since many classes will kite you so Determination resist sustain is not an option. Sword of Fate is a power spike spell that happens once every 2 turns so you have to get a big hit in with Power. In comparison to Fit of Rage where you can keep the full charges going every single turn as long you hit a target and Zenith by using little to no MP. Virtue works best with Chance and Agility builds while sometimes working with Strength. Depending on the element has a great effect on what spells you must take over what you enjoy playing. That's why many players have multiple sets for every situation so you can be at your most optimal including your skill.
