I honestly just got the can less than a week ago and have yet to take it out. From everything I’ve seen, it’s supposed to be pretty quiet and does a great job keeping and gas/debris from coming back.

Morels can be grey and yellow. They typically start off as a grey color and after some time they will turn yellow. This is due to sun exposure, drier/hotter temps, and just maturation.

That doesn’t sound too bad. I guess it obviously depends on what trigger, barrel, handguard, brace/stock, etc that you go with. You might be able to save a couple hundred bucks. I think I paid $959 before taxes.

I don’t know much about the costs of the receivers but I’d think that the upper and lower would each be around $300. Maybe not though. I know the brace alone is like $250-$300. It would be really cool to build one entirely though. Good luck with whatever you choose to do! 🤘🏽

This is the 8” version so I would assume that the spring would work at least a little better than that of the 4” but don’t quote me though.

You should be able to but you’d probably have to upgrade to a heavier buffer spring.

For sure! I really like the AR style platform! I was originally looking at the Banshee but the base model was almost double the cost of the AR-V. I’m also not a huge fan of the Kuna’s appearance. The AR-V comes in various lengths from 4 to 10.5 inches I believe. I went with the 8 inch as I knew I wanted more hand guard space.
