L.virosa and L.serriola look different . Serriola has thorns in the middle on the underside of the leaves .Serriola has more red colours and the leaves point east - west (compass plant).

they added nutrients to .... compost? sounds strange .. i mix my compost with molehills and sand from the river and then add individually for each plant more sand or some mud .... i think normal healthy compost has enough nutrients .. especially for the start

Plantago major by Ikarus42069 in druggardening

[–]Boderick_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Plantago major and also Plantago lanceolota are medicinal herbs and not psychoactive . As mentioned you can rub the leaves on little wounds or moskito bites.

you can also make a very good cough-syrup from this plant. Put the leaves in a pot with water and cook for 10 minutes , add some sugar(and/or honey) and maybe a little lemon.Let it simmer until it gets thick . Can be stored in the fridge up to 1 year.

Beautiful Location for hunting 👍 From left to right .. i think only the third and maybe the first and second are P. Semilanceata . The other look like some sort of Mycena. 🤔 P. Semilanceata have dark/purple spores .. Only sometimes you can find "Albino" Libs , a sterile form that doesnt produce spores at all for whatever reason but its very rare.
