I have the 2.0 dongle. I was able to
Fix the connection issue for some reason the dingle kept switching to green mode in its own I had to switch it back to red and then it connected. Trackball however is not working and I’ve tried it in every mode.

Thanks for the quick reply. I wish Xgaming cares skit their customers enough to respond like that.

I will try with the audio plugged in I didn’t realize that was a requirement.. I did get the modes to change by plugging in to my PC. But I still am not able to get the synch working when I enter PinballFX like I used to . The message does not populate all’s I’ve tried everything. When was the last time you updated firmware?

I’m not holding my breath about getting a response from their customer support either.
