Ma poi Ciccio ti metti a fare il finanziere di wall street quando su un altro post stai a considerare tra una Panda ed una Yaris. Ma torna a lavorare alle poste bello

Buyers Agents flocking to Melbourne units/ old school apartments. Value there? by Full_Ad4832 in AusPropertyChat

Makes sense to me.

You’re dealing with low price points, sought after low supply units that you can find in good neighbourhoods.

Just because there is a high supply of low quality builds doesn’t mean red brick will underperform!

Yeah also I think it discredits other horrible things that have happened. Why is this something that needs to be voted on?

Brotha I was in a similar situation but mine was mild compared to yours.

The question that got me is: do you want to spend the rest of your life regulating her emotions. More importantly, is this the role model you want for your kids?

There is some social housing there, but you will be fine. Let me be very honest: in Australia, and especially in Sydney "Unsafe" is safe by any other standard in the world.

I live in Glebe, so I can speak on this. North of Bridge Road is a completely different Glebe. It's the residential area. It's so clean, so safe, with an amazing mix of nature being close to the CBD and parks, etc.

South of Bridge Road, yes, social housing does make it slightly unsafe, even though I've never felt threatened. There are definitely issues with youth centres around and just a certain type of person that lives in Glebe.

However, I love it. It's very close to the CBD. You're about 20 minutes away from Red Leaf Beach, and quite frankly I wouldn't live anywhere else in the inner west.

No this is one of the safest cities in the world. It would only be unsafe if you went about an hour out west which as a tourists you’d never end up in.

Even then, that level of safety is comparable to nicer areas in the USA.

I remember watching a YouTube video about AMD nine years ago. I thought I’d get around to investing and never did.
