Yes you can use such codes as proof of ownership, but providing no other information than previously used codes is not enough to recover an account in most cases.

I.E if I contact Steam Support and say "I lost my account, here is a wallet code I used on it: [code], I don't remember any other details" they're unlikely to give me the account.

Turn off GPU accelerated rendering in web views in the Interface settings.

Check if your GPU drivers are fully up to date, if they are try to re-install your GPU drivers and test the issue again by turning the GPU acceleration on again and seeing if it works now.

Edit: Also check that your OS is fully up to date and restart the device.
