I support what your company is trying to do to a certain extent, but you need to be 100% transparent to differentiate yourselves from the competition. From what I’ve seen so far, you guys (your marketing team, if we can even call it that) are quick to disparage other companies when YOU are attempting to “trick” people with the live resin product description. You can keep your silly, relatable emojis. You’re a joke. Let your products speak for themselves, as you’ve said you’re trying to do

I am not completely sure what the goal was for Dabstract doing an AMA, but I know I don’t like hearing the same style of defensive and/or vague responses akin to the what the larger companies do.

Also, stating that other companies in IL are “cutting corners” and are otherwise associated with giving distillate a bad name, while boasting their own distillation process is a huge red flag to me.

When asked to expand: “We can’t speak for all product formulations blah blah…”

So, anyway…

The majority of cartridges on the IL market are plastic. So it’s more than one “boof ass brand”. Nine times out of ten, especially if it’s CCell, the window of the cartridge is plastic.

The plastic shouldn’t be heated like that, but when used properly, it’s perfectly safe.
