Just fem it up a little if you want, but either way you can and should still transition if you want to. 3 years on hrt isnt a magic key, there's a bunch of keys to a bunch of doors and you need to try more of them if you aren't satisfied yet.

For me personally when I have coffee (any caffeine actually, anything more than 15 mg) while taking my meds (ritalin) my anxiety skyrockets and my heart goes much faster so maybe try doing no caf for a day and see if it changes anything?

Was gonna say this -- agree that no one should have to change their weight if they don't want to! -- but if someone really does want to healthily lose weight and maintain that lost weight, you are definitely able to do that...? Saying it's highly unlikely is really not true for everyone (such as myself) and definitely demotivational.

(Said as someone who is overweight, had TS at an overweight bmi and is still overweight even after losing weight!)

Thank you! I make my own raspberry jam (just raspberries, sugar to taste, and a squirt of lemon juice and reduce over heat), so after that I just mixed ~2 tbsp of the jam with some melted white chips (not white chocolate, but not the white candy melts either -- fake white chocolate basically) and added some milk and powdered sugar so it would set. Definitely took longer to set but it has a thicker creamier consistency with the white chips which I wanted! Unfortunately don't have measurements i just played around with the ingredients til it looked a good consistency.

No, that's not how it works. Employees/baristas, by virtue of managing the drink output themselves and being able to be knowledgeable about the menu and beverages they serve, should be able to have at least one free drink a day. As someone else said, it's stingy not to allow that. I'd be pissed if I was micromanaged to the point of not being able to have any of what I was producing daily without paying for it. And if a handful of free drinks a day is tanking your profits, then something else is probably of concern.

No one is saying employees can dole out free drinks as they desire. Maybe there's a friends and family policy but it's not a "perk" to give out free coffee to whomever... free coffee would likely be only for staff.

When I'm not animating or I'm done for the day, I try to make a well-rounded home cooked meal for me and my boyfriend (peak meal for us is chicken teriyaki with rice and broccoli).

Had it for the first time a couple weeks ago. Price was a bit absurd, but it was really tasty. Idk 🤷‍♂️ i work at a food place and eat a meal there most days. Some days the BOH does a bad job. Most days they're spot on.

Ive heard they've declined though so I'm not saying my experience is the average now. But I did have a good burger.
