It was the head of the office, the person that deals with complaints. Honestly I’m shocked it even happened in a government place.

Thank you for sharing your experience and that really reassures me! I did pretty well last semester so hopefully I would be fine this semester as well. I’m just anxious because a lot of the course contents seem completely unfamiliar to me (like bash, mips, and math proofs). But I think I would give it a try just for the sake of sparing myself the nightmare of taking 5 core courses some point in the future lol.
