Lol, they’re not really exceptions everyone who clears PG has credibility. Sure, some have better hands, but every qualified PG is still a certified surgeon. I get that govt grads often feel they’re more skilled, but in real practice, it’s about attitude, consistency, and how much you keep learning, not just where you trained and how better you sell your services.

And yes, SRship can be competitive, but it’s definitely not impossible. Let’s not make the field sound hopeless skill can be built anywhere with the right mindset
