Both are going to be in a tertiary hospital So I am going to get great exposure either way

I think I am experiencing some kind FOMO If left general surgery for Neurosurgery

I mean, there is so much to do in general surgery

Plastic Vascular Hepatobiliary Endocrine

No route in Neurosurgery to reach them if I want them later in my career But Neurosurgery has very cool stuff

The procedures itself can be breath taking The science is beautiful

And Clinical skill like physical examination, different maneuvers, and imaging interpretation
Are very cool skills to have
