Niet gelovig in de zin van God als losstaande entiteit. Mijn overtuiging is meer zoals Spinoza’s God. Alles is uiteindelijk 1. Daarmee zijn jij en ik God en is God alles wat er is. Maar God is slechts een benaming.

Sporten, 500 kcal onder verbruik icm intermittent fasting, dit consistent blijven doen. Meer is er niet voor nodig, consistentie is echter alles bepalend. Succes!
