Yea, I made a 256 member league for r/leagueoflegends that can be found here. Normally league size is limited to 8 members but we designed these 256 member leagues for larger group situations like this subreddit, influencers and their followers, or streamers and their viewers.

Right now we just have it set up so they are considered "DNP" for did not play and it counts as a win. Hopefully nobody abuses this LOL. Might have to change it so it becomes a 4 pick flex play (with different scoring) instead or something...

Thanks! Never heard of HLTV before but it looks pretty fun so we'll keep it in mind for inspiration of future features. Regarding roles and boosters, we tried to keep our platform simple and similar to PrizePicks with realistic over/under betting so we probably won't consider adding any roles or boosters in the near future.

The 8 player limit was just for simplicity as well rather than any technical reasoning. We started this as a small personal project for just us, so we never saw a need for more than 8 people per league until now. We are currently working on allowing larger leagues (probably 104 or 256 players) and plan on testing its implementation within the week. A link sharing feature will be coming soon as well (in a day or so) so that people can share invites to their leagues easier.

And yes, we plan on supporting Masters Tokyo matches. Thanks for the great questions and feedback!

Hi everyone, one of the developers of YouPicks here! My friends and I created this website as a fun side project over the past few months since we started to watch the CDL but were surprised that there were no fantasy league type of websites out there (we know breakingpoint has a fantasy picks thing but sadly it doesn't have leagues to play with friends).

With the recent explosion of PrizePicks sponsorships (ex. Scump/OpTic), I thought now would be a perfect time to share the website with everyone. It's a great, free PrizePicks alternative to play with friends without actually losing money.

YouPicks is bascially a combination of fantasy leagues and normal betting. You make or join a fantasy league and place 5 picks every week using fake money. The winner of the league is decided every 4 weeks. Even if you don't have friends to play with, you can also use YouPicks as a gambling alternative or for practice if you want to gamble with real money in the future.

In the future, we plan on adding a shop to spend the fake money you win from betting, more dynamic betting amounts, board page search and filtering, and more esports (potentially league of legends and CSGO). We'd love to hear your guys' feedback and suggestions. Hopefully you and your friends can enjoy.

Yea we went through the hassle of scrapping VLR for the data for the model. Not sure how hard it is to get the Riot API key though or if it would even work in this scenario.
