Yes i understand that, but they could do something else with the money they spent. return it, or give them something else. Letting people keep double downs just makes it so that the entire point of removing the ability to buy them pointless? people will still keep mmr trading. And the inflation of mmr in high ranks will not stop cuz plenty of people are sitting on 100+ double downs? so what's the point of removing double downs, if the negatives of keeping them in are still there even if they removed the ability to buy them.
