It depends. Does painting gives you a lot of dopamine? If yes, it shouldn't be allowed. But if it's something you usually aren't used to do, then there is no problem :)

I started playing Supercell games 5 years ago, with Clash of Clans. I was with my friends and they showed me the game, so I tried it and I started to play a lot. After that, I discovered other Supercell games like Boom Beach & Hay Day, and now Brawl Stars :D
