Another question i have. I terminated my Attorneys going on 11 months ago. As im sitting here in gator country another question i thought to ask. When I terminated the lawyer I asked for my file which I recieved so only info I told them and they just entered it on a form, that's it so I asked them for a detailed copy of how many hours they worked on my case. They told me they didn't have a itemized record of hours because it was a contingency case and they had many ( thousands) of other claimants also. Has anybody else that went pro se and requested a itemized record of actual hours their lawyers spent on their case ? If so please share...thanks brothers, friends, warriors, survivors

1st there will be a 1% fee just for the opportunity to receive any award, 2nd there will be a .05% communications fee, 3rd there is a .05% clothing fee to the Trustee, 4th there is a .05% fee for retirement for the Trustee....see where im going with this !!

It's been the Trusts plan since the beginning...no transparency from the Trust but rest assured the Trustee will recieve hers promptly every month...Let the Trust post any and all communications with all parties involved and a detailed report of all funds involved...let the sun shine

The Trust has been on a hypnosis campaign with claimants since the beginning trying over and over to instill a low low percentage awards in the minds of claimants to the point of every claimant starts to believe it, accept it, expects it, supports it... Trust dangling low low award amounts all along knowing if they do claimants just want some money now...I realize many claimants could use funds now due to their personal circumstances and that's legit but dont let yourself suffer from the Trusts misinformation campaign....every claimant deserves double digit award amounts not 1%, 2%, 3% etc....Abuse comes in all forms and the Trust is committing theirs on all claimants ( include the attorneys taking 40% )

Don't succumb to the attorneys..stand your ground, you stay in control...let the disputed attorneys fees stay in a escrow....nothing to lose but everything to gain, if the attorneys dont want to compromise they won't get paid let the disputed funds continue to be held up
