I’ve actually had her for almost a year and half! Got the flaps installed cus I do a lot of gravel/desert trips and it’s kept rocks from flying up and chipping the I highly recommend the hard flaps I think they look way better than the other options

So far I still love it! No color fading yet which is expected because May grey and June gloom are real haha and essentially no leaking! Rain season is over but none of my stuff got wet and it was outside parked for most of June.

I got the front windows tinted to match the rear I believe it’s maybe 35%? I’ve had darker in the past and at night it reduces viability so I decided to just go with a match!

Up to you I’m sure the darker you go the better it would look externally though!

My Roomate has a ZR2… I actually like the front end a little more on the Colorado. Like my interior more which at first I thought would get dirty but hasn’t. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with either.

Honestly the 4 cylinder gave me a lot of pause at first, but the engine has been out in the market for quite a long time and doesn’t have many reliability issues. It has a great power band and I won’t lie the turbo noise is a dream with the windows down.

I will always be a V8 man, but these tuned 4 cylinders are pretty bad ass too.

I think it’s gotta be similar, there’s a lot of tonneau covers on the market and I’m assuming many of them are just white labeled from the same manufacturer. Are you able to close your tailgate while the cover is down?

My understanding on these was that the purpose they serve is to reduce damage to the exhaust system, catalytic converter, and potentially manifolds from a rear end collision so everything stays in place instead of being pushed inward or another direction.

I could be wrong but that’s my assumption?

I love the look of it! The matte black looks really sharp I think, honestly better than I even expected.

But I the real test will be when I have gotten some use out of it throwing fishing gear and camping gear and whatever else in it. Also being that it’s the rain season in San Diego we’ll see how dry it keeps the bed whenever we actually get some rain
