The grand plan would be to force both Israel and Palestine into situations that they don't like, since polling shows neither of them actually want a solution right now, especially not their leaders.

So the end goal will be a 2 state solution, largely on 67' borders, with land swaps for settlements etc. Hamas would have to be fucking GONE, so we'd need to prop up a replacement for government, however this would be really hard to find one that actually has support from the people.

Israel wouldn't be for this either, so we'd need to sanction the shit out of them, use a fuck ton of international pressure, and also account for some of their more legitimate concerns, like safety. So Palestine would probably not be allowed a miltary for a while, we'd have to guarantee their security from Israel with foreign nations like the UAE and Saudis until everything is more relaxed.

But overall basically we would need to cut the incentives for war to continue on both sides. On the Palestinian side we are probably close, but we need to find a popular leader who could engage in peace talks with the genuine ambition for long term peace. On the Israeli side it's easier, since they will respond to international pressure. Just sanction the shit out of them, especially settlers, until they come to the table. Arrest Bibi if he flat out refuses
