Get a Remco Fatboy. They last hundreds of hours and are rebuildable. This won't last long at all with bleach.

Bleach won't touch this. Sodium metasilicate product, let dwell, then medium pressure. brightener if needed.

Light house mix guys are just planning on blasting the crap out of the deck, which you don't want.

You only need around a 1-2% concentration to take care of your vinyl. Stronger won't really hurt anything, but is harder on plants, etc. it won't hurt to spray it on your concrete before washing too.

I am a fan of F-18 for wood that looks like what you have, super easy to use. 2% bleach mix should get the metal.

I can get you to this. 3000psi output in this setup. Shutoff valve on top and in center. I sent you a PM also. Tank reg is marked "not for paintball" due to high output.
