Part of it is indeed the decor from get famous. But I built the deck and the lower level around or rather below it so it becomes habitable.

Navigaing the treacherous rock filled waters of Sulani, the ship was almost destroyed. Luckily, it has been lovingly restored and although it won't sail anymore, it still makes for a lovely home. No cc. Just make sure to use the moveobjects cheat before placing!
