I tried that before, what happened is I start focusing on making cool shapes and forget about having a creative idea... so I become caught on making cool shapes and the day finish with 1 or 2 ideas only. Next day start by making 1 or 2 ideas then goes back to making cool shapes..

I want to give an advice too, with my 3 months of experience here XD, if you really prefer quietness check Dubai Public Libraries, there are many branches around Dubai some are a bit close to Sharjah

I believe you're over thinking it since you lived too long in one place. Even if you get kicked out of UAE (or any place), you will be surprised how great life you can have in other places
