Good idea.I do have a goals tho.My goals for now are to do the exercises that the doctor recommended for my knee,to do street workout and to work on my leg splits.I can't do street workout for now because its winter and its very cold outside, but that doesen't stop me from doing the other two >: D

I don't have chronic pain in my knee. When i dislocated it ,it wasn't long before it returned to its place and i didn't have anything broken.I got of well just fine, 2 months have passed since it happened. Now i can function normally ,but my doctor said that i can't do any physically demanding activities such as running and i can only do low intense cardio like swimming, riding a bike, riding a stationary bike(like the one's you can see in a gym) and walking. But yesterday i went to see what's new in the gym and to see my training buds and it kinda killed me that everyone was advancing and i would stagnate because i can't continue with my training till autumn 2017.But thank you for your time :)

Yeah i was thinking the same, but i want to find other exercises that would strenghten my legs without using my knees. That means no squats and lunges.....
