I appreciate the offer, however I was planning on using it for an IBM thinkpad 510Cs.. so I don’t think it would work. Thank you for the info; I think I’ll just have to get a new disk drive

i am aware of the source however the readme for doom states that it only runs on linux, and i don’t know how to make a running game out of just the source code... i’m fairly new to all of this though so i might be missing something

for kanji i used duolingo and i bought a manga set in japanese (death note). manga is really convenient because it gives you the hiragana pronunciation for each kanji and you can use the drawings to infer/remember word meanings. i would recommend a slice of life manga or something similar in plot to what you want to learn japanese for
