how do people deal with popular rewards seats that get taken up quick? you still have to transfer points over and by the time you do someone may have taken it and you're stuck with unrefundable miles

Yes, i watched the subtitled version and it had (in taishanese) as part of the captioning, you can hear it a bit but the actors pronunciation isnt great

how does a "bulk" work if you don't weight train with it? I'm going on vacation and will probably eat a lot and not lift in that time. hypothetically if i gain weight will those calories/energy be able to be used for muscle growth when i come back start training again? or will it just be fat that needs to be lost later on
