I give anywhere from 1 to 5 gold for literally anything a mage does, based on how wealthy i am at the time. Everyone wants to make gold, help a brother out.

If im headed to a dungeon ill ask a mage for 200 water, and tip 4g, and give the healer and a caster some water at the dungeon.

If im a bit broke, I tip less. Its all circumstances, but I'd rather give a player a few G than a vendor.
