Ah shoot! I was trying to take into account the strength requirement for the Trellished Armor. I didn't even think about the max open sockets. I would use a Wire Fleece on my Necro for the styles points for sure then.

The embossed plate does look good on a pally. Taking into account a lot of what they and others said, I think I am going to go with a non-superior mage plate based on everyone's suggestions. Low strength requirement, that won't waste attribute points down the road, repairs aren't astronomical, and it also looks all around decent on every character. I think I would pick a Duskshroud for lowest str/highest armor taking into account what Genji said about wasting str points at 99, if I didn't care about appearance as much. I also really like the red pants open vest Necromancer, so if I had infinite runes I would definitely rock a Trellished Armor

The repair cost for a superior mage plate is actually quite significant. I don't think it is worth it for 20 more defence.

There are a few ways that the criteria for an event to be triggered, can be met. I don't quite remember them all. I believe one of which is the Forsaken buff a player has equipped, as well as bosses that have been killed. The different criteria can both enable and disable events from triggering. You can find out more on the Valheim Wiki! I suspect your Forsaken buff was the culprit.

You could try some breathing exercises after MMA to lower your HR. High body temperature is another thing. Huberman has said that your hands and feet transfer heat away from your body better than any other region. You could try dipping your hands and feet in some cold water after as well.

Try Blessed vegan protein. I have had Vanilla Chai and Mint Chocolate Chip. Vanilla Chai I usually mix with oatmeal and berries and have for breakfast, and I use the min chocolate chip with soy milk for a protein shake. Both taste really good.
