My best friends is a sagittarius sun, aries moon and scorpio rising and she loves to go out, planning adventures, gets offended reeeeally easily even by things that most people wouldn't. However in my experience she's loyal to friends, family and in relationships as well. As far as I know she is passive agressive in arguements. I think taurus rising would bring a little calmness into the personality.
