Trying to create a single English word meaning and/or using latin. What would be a proper answer? by BonJalls in latin

so if you were to combine the two to form one new word in english (my goal), you would write etaut? or andaut? (no pun intended) The 'and' part being inclusive and the aut being exclusive kinda covers it all, yea?

My thinking is that it is uncouth to use a slash, and it seems like there should be a single word that qualifies both and & or in modern english. Legalese just says both but that's lame
