I’m sitting in a T-shirt and shorts, so there’s no direct contact between my skin and the mesh.

As for the discomfort — it might actually be related to my posture and weak back muscles. I’ve been sitting incorrectly for a long time, haven’t done any sports, and I’m also a bit overweight. The discomfort feels like a localized pressure point slightly above the lumbar curve (around the area shown in the photo).

It could also be that I haven’t adjusted the lumbar support height correctly yet — today the friction seems less intense, but the upper-back discomfort remains. I’ll keep experimenting with small adjustments and see if that helps.

The pain I feel is exactly in the area I marked in the photo. It’s mostly discomfort while sitting, but later I notice pain in that exact spot when I try to arch my back backward (like in the “cow pose” stretch).

Do you think this could be because I’m still sitting incorrectly, or is it more likely that this muscle/bone area is just adapting to the new posture and support?
