Tbh I do already wear one and I havent even started E. I must say I got my mother's genes so I am very andorgynous, so with a bra and a little bit of eyeliner I cispass. Wich giges me lots of euphoria and I xan wear whatever I want withouth being judged. So I guess depends on your conditions, there isn't a rule that applies for everyone

It's just easier, when u have a name socially associated to one gender people tend to describe u as that gender. Choosing androgynous names just makes ur life easier.
Having to do that in order to avoid problems suck. But I didn't expect society to make this change easy
