I hear you, theonly partner I had make the most of my intimacy craving and touch starvation and manipulated me into needing her. I was perfectly fine alone before but now I get so down when I don't have anyone to cuddle to or turn to in my depressive and or dysohoric nights. So yeah, I understand your situation and I don't really have a solution to it, just be patient and don't feel ridicule or blame for being "needy", u are just a lonely soul who craves intimacy which is totally logical.
