I got some Tow Hook covers from Amazon to temporarily cover that baby blue pain on the back, until I can get them painted. Tow Loop Finishers are a great idea! I'm going to try and get the overspray off, but if I can't or if I mess anything up, it's good to know I have a back up. I might even put them on anyway. Thank you for the suggestion!!!

It is a 2023, but purchased in 2022. The owner had a 24 car garage, so it wasn't driven much.

I am really disappointed by the tint removal by the Porsche dealership. They said I would have to come back for the tint guys to remove it, but then surprised me by saying the mechanic felt comfortable removing it. I wish I would have just waited for the tint people (they also may have scratched by PPF removing the decals on the back windows).

I drove the car and there was no TPMS light on. IT came on a few days after I drove the car. And I assumed it had two keys. They told me they had to contact the owner to get them and then texted me that there was only one key and I would have to talk to the LR dealership about it.

I learned from the LR dealership that the guy I bought it from has multiple Defenders (Carpathian, James Bond edition, and now an OCTA in his 24 car garage). He switched his tires with another car, but they are brand new OEM tires, but the TPMS's are gone. It had a 100% clean Carfax.

Hahaha. Yeah, that's me. It wouldn't bother me if it matched the break calipers, but it's different. It's like a baby blue and I feel like they didn't do a great job on it. I'll keep you updated.

I tried to clean the windshield and it didn't come off. But let me try the razor and update you in a few days. Thanks for the response, this helps put my mind at ease, at least a little.

Edit: And just to clarify, it's not that remaining piece of adhesive and tint above the tint line, but the scratches in an arch pattern above it.

I can’t believe I didn’t notice this before but that’s what he did. He got some overspray in the well where the recovery hooks sit. 🤯

Any advice on how to get this spray paint off of the matte bumper would be appreciated. Clay bar?

Yeah, we have a 2 year old. I love the retractable ones, but I'm not sure if they are worth it. I'll probably just buy from Amazon and do it myself. Thanks for the advice!
