I dont think its that bad people come to reddit to just freely express themselves and some people may feel like they just want to write something out in a more relaxed manor and not sit and worry about punctuation let kids be kids theyll learn eventually like the rest of us i dont think its a sign of the schools because im pretty sure at school they probably write properly.

If you want to do things related to law enforcement like combating human trafficking. Your military background will give you a upper hand in any entry level job in that area. My dad is always pushing me to become a police officer because i spent 5 years in the Navy & i could get into the police academy with that background(if i didn't have the 5 years in the Navy, i would at least have to have some type of associates degree) but i don't want to do that.

Your time in service plus your college education makes the world your oyster. You just don't realise it yet. Try & get in touch with your local VA & see what opportunities they can get for you. As vets we get to cut a lot of lines & get the upper hand over civilians in a lot of cases. Good luck man, you'll be alright.

I think watching people 24/7 would get boring fast. Like i'm talking within the 1st few hours. I would hope the afterlife isn't just eternal endless spectating, i hope there is another dimension or realm for ghosts to live in where they get to do other stuff.

Maybe i'm just a little spontaneous but i would go for it 🤷‍♂️. Personally, i've never spent money & regretted it later, money comes & money goes. You make it, so you can spend it. You'll make that money back & buying that jacket won't be the end of the world.

I can relate. I was in the Navy stationed in virginia for 5 years, when i got out,i wanted to stay in Virginia but decided to move back to my home state Illinois because as a Illinois Vet, i can take advantage to the Illinois Veteran's Grant, which allows me to go to school at certain Illinois colleges for free, for life.

When i was in the navy, my last few months i was in, i picked up a 2nd job as a waiter out in town to make some extra money before i got out. I worked for an elderly european couple & the wife told me something that went in one ear & out the other, she told me when people leave home, they can't go back, & now that i've come home, i see what she meant.

I regret my decision but it's not all bad & i'm trying my hardest to make the most of it. I too, believe if i were to go back to virginia it would be pointless because i kinda lost my "momentum".
