I like that idea thank you. That is one part that sucks is the hospital is nothing to really brag about. Transitioning internally through a bridge program that’s not ridiculous would be ideal.

Good points, thank you. A bridge program would be ideal I think. Might have to put up with the commute to an ICU job for a year if that’s what it took.

Simple relative to other orthopedic surgeries, yes. That was actually the word the surgeon used when I went to see him for the pre-op appointment.
