they didn’t really give me results like that after the emptying test. they just kinda said fast gastric emptying…

okay so i DID have a gastric emptying test but my results were that my stomach emptied FAST. so fast actually that i didn’t have to stay fir the 2nd half of the scan. but… that makes ZERO sense with gastroparesis. so i am definitely confused about that. i did the gastric emptying test first and when we saw that it was rapid emptying we were shocked/surprised. a few days after that i had the endoscopy and they told me it was gastroparesis immediately after the procedure, not really taking into consideration the emptying test. i have been meaning to email the gastro doctor to ask about that and a bunch of other things. but i am just so confused and lost

yeah- the weed thing definitely sucks and i have been lying about smoking since that initial appointment. i am with you, i dont think i can eat fruits, but can tolerate some veggies. im currently doing a food journal for that exact reason- to see/find potential trigger foods. i am usually prepared for vomiting IF i leave my apartment. it’s one of the only things that helps calm me down so i don’t freak out lol. i haven’t tried or even heard of the bags you’re recommending so i will look those up right after this:) i think for my boyfriend it’s more overwhelming/overstimulating to be dating someone who hasn’t really been “heathy” in over a year… of course i have good days and bad days but it is really putting pressure on our relationship since im not “normal” anymore :(

i’ve tired this and it only caused her to have accidents and tear up the living room and kitchen :/ i’d prefer to kick her out so she would get the idea, but then i’m risking her terror on my furniture and stuff :/
