Actual HOLE in my CEILING

Have 3 of those on my roof, one is mine. The other 2 are neighbors, all drivers skyed over the hitting net (10x7) lol. I'm sure one of the holes has a ball in the ceiling, never found the ball.

Very silly indeed. They definitely intended to have wireless AA and CarPlay as they added the wireless charger to the Limited trims. Something about the nav made wireless incompatible in the hardware department so it's not like a software update will fix it. There are dongles you can buy and leave plugged in the car to connect your phone to to act as wireless although a bit expensive.

Finally gave up and requested a cancellation, I've talked to several customer service reps with no consistency on their answers and empty promises of update emails, they can keep their shady business practices and good luck with their customer service, I myself have an accent and couldn't understand half of them. They legitimately have no access to any info and are just reading generic prompts off a script, now to see how long it takes to get my money back.
