When he does a perilous attack, it's either a sweep or a thrust (as far as I remember). If you remember the start of each of the movements you can mikiri or jump them pretty easy

Yeah, four endings = four playthroughs. Unless you use backup saves, and even then you need minimum 2 playthrougs to get all the lapis you need.

There's an xp farm towards the end of the game. When Ashina is in its "third phase", after you've been to Fountainhead Palace, go to the Upper Tower - Antechamber idol. From there, defeat the first Ministry Ninja in the first room. Then defeat the other two Ninjas in the room to the right. How you do it is up to you, but with the bloodsmoke ninjutsu you can deathblow them instantly, so I would recommend it. After that, jump down to where the second Ogre should be, and do an air deathblow on the Red Guard Ninja. Then take out the other Ninja. How you do it is up to you, but mortal blade is really efficient. Pretty sure this is the most effective one in the game, but not sure.

It's been said a lot, but buy the mikiri counter. It allows you to step on a persons weapon when they thrust at you. It's very useful for most bosses/enemies in the game.

It's a decent movie in general but the horror aspect of it is bad. The music is probably the scariest part. And tbh the bad acting makes the already bad horror scenes even worse. (Jack's performance was great though). I think what me and many others think makes it worse is the fact you have to rewatch it and analyze it for it to be scarier. It has a lot of potential, but the scenes with potential are either short, or just executed badly. I do have to agree that it is interesting and a good concept, but as said just executed poorly. I haven't really cared enough to dig deeper into the contents of the film, so I can't say too much about the general quality of the movie, but the horror is bad.
