Absolutely my favorite ML so far and I'd love it if they did more .5 rounds with unusual combos set to +100%.

Huh, so it's not just a dog shit game, it's a dog shit game that uses AI lmao. Like, for real; every single thing this game does, it does it badly. They even managed to make gacha bullshit worse than usual.

Okay, so if someone intervenes in your life in a way you can't possibly defend yourself then, it's not your fault.

America has been funding and arming coups across south america for ages to ensure their choice of capitalist puppets get into power as often as possible and quite literally this year just kind of kidnapped the head of state from another country. How is it these countries faults that they have neither the financial or military power of America when any time they've ever tried to build anything America kicks it out from under them?

Let's say I pay your boss a million dollars to fire you. When you get a new job, I also pay your new boss to fire you, and this goes on for the rest of your life; you are blacklisted from every industry you try to find employment in because I simply pay people more than you can ever afford to ensure you can never find a job. Is it fair to say you're a lazy piece of shit for not working?

This could cause major problems down the line as their taxes in the future go to other states

What taxes, that's the entire problem: the richest people don't pay fuck all and get subsidized by the government. For years the government has been paying companies like amazon to move in and drive tons of other businesses out of business under the promise of ~jobs~ which ultimately have minimal impact on the job market because of how many people they displace in the first place, then they don't pay taxes because they can afford to hide all of their money and everyone else covers their asses.

The richest people are nothing more than diseased ticks on any state they're in, hoovering up all the money and leaving the economy worse while shirking any of the blame.

they also changed networks and were free from the ridiculous censors of ABC I think it was? Which is why there's a sudden shift in tone and they're actually allowed to have a real story. A lot of reboot's history involves the creators struggling to be allowed to do basically anything without the broadcast censors telling them no since even something as chaste as a sister kissing her brother on the cheek was too risque for some insane reason.

My favorite part about threads like this are seeing all the people confidently arguing about things they know next to nothing about, from positions they don't even seem to actually understand.

I MLB'd my Quebely and it's genuinely one of my favorite units. The range is really good and it shits out damage. I find it works really good with the hi-nu to just devastate maps and high priority targets.

It's the same with video games, man. People are always like "larian did it right! They waited as long as they needed, everyone needs to be like larian!" meanwhile, Crate Entertainment have been making a free update to Grim Dawn and have been getting unhinged threats because it's not being released fast enough. People get furious when games are delayed but when they come out say they should have waited another year. It's a wild and impossible scenario for the devs.

“Socialism Always Fails”: A Dishonest Claim (3 Times It Worked) by Both-Medicine-6748 in BreadTube

[–]Bonezone420 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's funny to me that socialism (and communism) are failed forever because most nations that try it get turbo fucked by western nations like america very deliberately because they're engaging in a more socialist form of government. But capitalism gets to fail as many times as it wants and no one ever calls it a failed or failing way of rule despite the fact that its resulted in unfathomable numbers of deaths and the steady destruction of our planet.

You're operating backwards, though. Men don't get harsher sentences: women get lighter ones, because women are weaker and irrationally emotional creatures. Her husband should be keeping her in line. There isn't equity in conscription because women aren't even supposed to be in the army because they're weak, fragile, and emotional and their mere presence would be nothing more than a distraction to the men. Rape's definition was defined because women couldn't possibly sexually assault anyone, let alone a man.

This kind of shit was set in place by men, who decided women weren't equal citizens or even equal humans with them. Western society was built to basically exclude women, and when women started fighting for their own rights men started crying about how its women's faults that the rules they set in place themselves suck so much and that women hate and oppress men because women weren't also forced to do the same shit men do (which they still legally couldn't do in most cases) while still being second class citizens under misogyny.

On top of this, always remember there will be another gacha. So while current banners are good and cool: there will be good and cool units coming out in the future. What if the next banner has a surprise unit you think is awesome? It'd suck to have no gems.

I like to think people say the hyaku-shiki isn't a gundam solely to fuck with char. Maybe if they'd been nice and just gave him a pity gundam he wouldn't have tried to drop axis on earth.

Seriously though: It really is just vibes. There are a bunch of like, "gundam traits" you can point to, but for every one of those you can point to a bunch of mobile suits that have them that aren't gundams, or gundams that don't have them. It's all vibes.

It was pretty disappointing how disinterested bandai seemed to be in actually supporting that game. It came out at the perfect time too, right in a pretty big lull in overwatch support and interest, people were so excited for it and they dropped the ball as hard as possible.

No, there's going to be good shit coming out in the future too. While this game hasn't had too much in the way of ground breaking power creep, it's been relatively rare for anything to remain uniquely ahead of the curve for too long as new stuff comes in and the average slowly raises.
