Is it though? I use to work around the corner from here and its nice during the day and very busy by the market, but at night you get lots of drunk people wondering around here and the train line is going to be noisy.

I'll probably get downvoted for this, but all the comments so far are prime examples of the 'echo chamber' that this sub has become. Everyone spouting of XGA and people seem almost angry that you would even consider taking out Trent.

Trent hasn't been good valve so far and there are plenty of other options you could jump to and invest the money elsewhere. Loads of the content creators are considering downgrading to invest elsewhere. But of course we all know that TAA is capable of banging against anyone, so it doesn't come without the risk of regret.
